This Payment Policy explains how payments are collected and handled when you purchase digital products from Simple-Drive. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Prices are displayed in the supported checkout currencies available on the platform, currently EUR, GBP, USD. Unless stated otherwise, the price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected digital products.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply additional fees, exchange-rate charges, or other charges that are outside our control.
We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, through third-party payment providers. Payment data is transmitted and processed using the payment provider's secure infrastructure. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you submit is accurate and complete.
We may carry out checks, or require a transaction to be reviewed, where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, chargeback risk management, or payment security.
Full payment is generally taken at the time you place your order. Access to digital content will not be provided unless and until the payment has been successfully authorised and received.
If a payment fails, is reversed, is subject to a chargeback, or is otherwise disputed, we may suspend delivery or access to the relevant digital content while the issue is investigated.
If you believe a payment was made in error or you experience a billing issue, please contact us promptly at info@simple-drive.co.uk.
Once payment has been processed successfully, we will send an order confirmation email and, where applicable, provide access details for the purchased content. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Refunds for digital content are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in this Payment Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
